In the best interest of our youth, as well as our staff, one must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be responsible for filling out the required documents and be present during the session.
Late Arrivals
In order to receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment, it is important that you arrive on time. But should you arrive late, please know that your session will be shortened so that we are always considerate of others who have scheduled appointments after yours.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling your appointment by email, phone or in person, will be considered a confirmation of your agreement to abide by all the policies and procedures at Strokes of Healing. Therefore, as a courtesy to our staff and other clients, a 24 hour advanced notice is required should you need to cancel for reasons other than a true emergency situation or inclement weather.
No-Show
Failure to cancel your appointment (by calling the office) within the required time period will be considered a No-Show and will result in a fee equal to half the cost of your scheduled treatment.
Causes for Termination of Sessions
- Massage Therapy should in no way be misconstrued to be sexual. Therefore, any sexual advances, requests or attempts to engage in such activities will be immediate cause for termination of services.
- Services will not be conducted (or will be terminiated) if a client is found to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
Please be diligent about your selections of services as all sales are final.
